These services include carpet measuring, cutting, joining, stretching, edging, staircase carpet fitting, wall-to-wall carpet installation, and other carpet-related services.

Quotes are calculated based on the information available at the time of quote. The final cost is calculated based on carpet size, choice of carpet, installation method, floor preparation, underlay, ease of access, removal of old carpet, and any further work identified during the project.

The customer is responsible for providing the information about the building and requirements, such as measurements, type of carpet required, etc. Any change in information after quoting can affect the price or the timing of the install.

In case measurements are required, customers are responsible for allowing access to areas to be measured. Our team measures where our measurement service has been arranged.

The customer must confirm the preferred color, design, and other features of the carpet to be installed. Some color difference or texture difference might occur due to lighting conditions, different batches or manufacturing process.

The installation location should be reasonably accessible and prepared for the planned work prior to our team arriving at the location. The removal of furniture, personal items, or any other items are necessary unless moving furniture is a separately arranged service.

Existing floorings, adhesives, damages, moisture, uneven areas, or any other site conditions necessitate further preparations. Additional work and costs related to it will be discussed as reasonably identifiable.

Our installation team requires safe and reasonable access to the property and working locations. In addition, customers are expected to ensure that all appropriate permissions are obtained in case of working on rented, commercial, managed, or shared property.

Additional access requirements, parking restrictions, building regulations, or working hours should be known in advance.

The payment terms depend on the agreed quotation and requirements of the project. Customers are supposed to pay according to the agreed terms. In case there is extra work that has not been catered for in the quotation, then extra charges can apply.

Extra work includes preparing the floor, removing the old floor, unforeseen repairs, and others. Moreover, we offer ease of payment through different channels.

Customers should give reasonable time in case of cancellations and re-scheduling appointments. Re-scheduling depends on the availability of the team and the requirements of the projects.

Where special orders have been made in regards to the materials to be used in the project, then in case of canceling the order, it can attract extra charges.
